After about 1 month of wearing them, the ringing in my left ear has subsided quite a bit. I have found that my hearing in loud environments such as restaurants and bars has also been noticeably improved.

I have now had the Oticon Real for 1 month and they are excellent. Good sound quality, clear and comfortable to wear. The app is easy to use, even for a technically challenged person like me.
