They charge fine and work but I can’t say how great they work. I have had issues with the charging. It sometimes quits charging one side during the night.

Too bad that Costco pulled these aids, because they turned out to be absolutely fantastic! Three years running, and they are still going strong with daily streaming sessions.
Mel
Purchased in late November 2021, they are great when working but had charging problems requiring contact cleaning and extended reset procedures not covered in manual.
Anon
Same charging station issues as others. Costco replaced defective units only to provide another problematic pair in a frustrating cycle.

First time user. Major issues: doesn't charge reliably, streaming cuts out. Repairs didn't resolve problems. Costco discontinued for good reasons.
