Signia Silk Charge&Go 7IX
$ 3.200,00
World’s smallest rechargeable prescription hearing aid with invisible design, advanced noise separation, and no custom earmold requirement.
Description
Signia Silk Charge&Go 7IX is the market’s smallest rechargeable prescription-programmed hearing aid, offering invisible in-the-ear placement. It features wireless controls via the Signia App, remote programming after initial office visits, and dual processing chips for advanced noise separation.
The 2023 model introduces beam-forming technology for multiple speakers and Own Voice Processing (OVP) to reduce self-voice amplification discomfort. Unlike competitors requiring custom ear imprints, Signia uses Click Sleeves for instant fit.
As the only prescription-grade alternative to Eargo with rechargeable batteries, it includes a sleek charger and all-day connectivity. While some users find non-custom devices less comfortable for extended wear, Signia’s balance of size and technology makes it unique in its category.

I have been able to hear sounds I have not heard before. Concerned about the on/off situation. The charging is great, no battery to change. These has been a price drop by some vendors, should have waited for the newness to subside and a better price.

These tiny hearing aids are miraculous: they are hidden in your ear and basically invisible, but rechargeable, adjustable via the app on your mobile phone and they deliver great quality sound - even in noisy places like restaurants.
Allen
The sound quality of these hearing aids is excellent. I love the go in the ear type of hearing aid. They slide in and out of your ears very easily and once in, you are not even aware they are there.
Ann
Very comfortable for being non molded to your own ear. Too much background noise that is not filtered.
Bob
I purchased the base Signia silk aid, and I believe it is worth the cost and would recommend it to others.
